Aisha Allen has a unique and diverse background that includes organizational development, executive coaching, human resources management, business process consulting, and program management.

Aisha Allen is the founder of A. Allen Consulting, LLC, a coaching and organizational development firm focused on business, non-profit, and personal leadership. 

​

Aisha obtained her coach training through Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is a Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Aisha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Executive Master of Business Administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
